Pool & Storage Area Key
Keys are available to all property owners who are current with their dues. The initial key charge is $5.00. Contact a board member to obtain keys.
Mailboxes
Covenants specify mailboxes and posts must all be the same. Please contact the Lexington Place Board of Directors for further information.
Trash Pick-Up & Recycling
Trash pick-up is on Thursday. Please contact Glynn County Solid Waste Program, Southland Waste Systems at 912-554-7111 to set up an account and have a container delivered. Recycling is optional and pick-up is every other Thursday.
Property owners are allowed two free bulk item and appliance pickups per year, per property. Call (912) 554-7111 to schedule a pick up.
